Ben Berk worked as a reporter and photojournalist in New Bedford from 2021 to 2025, documenting a period of significant change; including the arrival of the offshore wind industry, a new trial to Boston, and a rise in housing instability.

Caroline Carney is an oil painter working between Provincetown and New York. Her work often juxtaposes organic elements with the built environment, a focus emerging from her interest in unexpected intersections of the human-made with forces of sunlight, plants and animals, weather, and oceans. She is interested in unexpected beauties, of salmon on a tray in an industrial kitchen, or sunlight reflecting on an aluminum street vendor's cart, or flowers casting a shadow on a fence or road. She views her paintings as open missives, sharing what she has witnessed and find delightful or remarkable in some way.
